Erstmal müsst ihr in Lock On FC unter Pilot Log Book gehen und dann auf EDIT. Für die die schon ein eigenes Profil dort erstellt haben, könnt ihr diesen Teil hier weg lassen.
Habt ihr das noch nicht gemacht, so schaut euch das Beispiel unten wie folgt an:
Callsign : 31st FF Punisher
Land : Russia
Squadron Stripe : Rus - Airforce.tga
Squadron Name : 31st Fox Fighters
Nun überprüft eure angaben. Habt ihr alles richtig eingegeben, so bestätigt dies mit klick auf OK.
So, nun kommen wir zum Photo. Das Photo darf nur eine Abmessung von 128 x 128 und eine grösse von 48.0 KB haben. So nun sucht euch ein Bild aus und fügt es unter diesem Pfad : C:\Programme\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\PilotLogBook\Pilots\Russia ein. Beachtet aber, dass das Bild nur das Dateiformat bmp haben darf. Gegebenfalls müsst ihr dies ändern.
Jetzt geht zu Lock On zurück und ändert das Bild unter "Pilot Photo" von Standard auf euer eigenes Bild um.

In this update I added sectorisation. Each sector has roughly 50KMs. The sectors are made visible by simple change in shading rather than drawing lines which may hinder the details in some parts and also this way are very easy to spot. Same technique is applied for the sector numbers. The sector numbers are having a 0 (zero) for the sake of better sounding and for future development where sectors above 10 will appear.
Also I added wider roads so when printed they will not disappear "in the ink" . The roads have been made by a automated tool in graphic editor and then manually cleaned of the mistakes. Hopefully no big mistake remained :) .
The map is intended to be printed. Best image quality is obtained with the 300DPI version but it will be quite large. The 150DPI version is about 1 meter wide. Please note that there is no actual quality difference between the 300DPI and the 150DPI versions, they are utterly the same but with the DPI command changed. I recommend you to print it in a specialized printing place like small advertising shacks that offer printing in small tirage... even one print. The quality of those printers is above home use printers.
The jpg version are for easy use and retain almost full quality.
Note that you really need a good and optimized PC to open this file as it's occupying almost 700MB of RAM when opened.
I will try to make a small update when I find out a way to create a PDF version.

This is the map as presented in the Lock On Flaming Cliffs game.
The resolution is 22757x10343pixels and has 673MB (be sure you have enough resources when attempting to open it)
It is made by printscreening the F10 view map at 1280X960 resolution at the first level of zoom that you can see the villages using the mouse wheel. Note that this level of zoom may vary from session to session a little.
Credits goes to Eagle Dynamics for building the game and the dynamic map in the first place and to Teka Teka for his directional Airfields Icons and the Border between Georgia and Rusia "touche" on SE of the map.
This map was made to be used by Lock On community at will. Feel free to use it or modify it as you like.

Second Photoshop tutorial
-Enhancing the environment and adding heat blur
Be aware that there is no voice-over and i use a German layout of Photoshop , but it is really basic and self explaining and you can easily identify the tools I'm using by looking at the toolbar. So you can turn on any music you like ;)
There is a ReadMe(PDF) inside that explains all necessary steps.

This is for all who want better locking Screenshots but don't know how to start.
I have recorded a basic and easy to follow Photoshop session. The only key commands i have used are "shift" and "alt" in combination with the selection tool, what stands for minus and plus.
