Background
The virtual Fighter-Bomber-Wing 32 does not only offers multiple ways of communication and coordination like website, forum or teamspeak to its pilots, but also tries to operate a safe and stable hosting of combat missions and training flights. In order to meet the requirements we have established an environment of three independent servers which are installed in german data centers. One of our server is responsible for providing website, forum and teamspeak. Another server is providing all the downloads, which are stored in the download database of our website. One of the most powerful servers we provide is our dedicated game server. It is responsible for hosting our training- and combatmissions. The data centres possess a fast and redundant connection to the internet.
