Die Frage kam auf, ob und wie die Radar-Altitude angezeigt wird. Zudem war unklar wie die, am HUD angezeigte, Speed verändert werden kann.
Dazu folgende Zeilen aus dem Handbuch, S.351:
- AIRSPEED. Selecting this line allows you to cycle between how airspeed is displayed on the HUD. Options are TRUE (true airspeed), GS (ground speed), MACH/IAS (MACH and indicated airspeed), and IAS (indicated airspeed).
- RDRALT TAPE. When enabled to Y, a vertical tape is displayed that indicates the aircraft‘s radar altitude. The tape ranges from 0 feet at the bottom to 1,500 feet at the top. When above 1,500 feet AGL, the tape is removed. The small horizontal line on the tape indicates the set Altitude Alert Floor setting.
EDIT:
Zusätzlich zur Darstellung im HUD (NAV-Mode):
Radar Altitude. The radar altitude numerics consist of 4 digits followed by an ―R‖ and are located on the lower right of the HUD below the altitude. The numerics display altitude to the nearest 10 feet. If the Radar Altitude is invalid or above 5000‘ AGL, the display is ―XXXXR.
