Tja so wie es aussieht sind bis jetzt die Dutch Tigers die einzigsten die beim Tiger Meet, LockOn Technisch mit machen. Leider auch nur mit LockOn 1.02.

Viper hatte aber geschrieben das man evtl. mit einem Tool, beide Installation Lock 1.02 und LockOn F.C 1.1 laufen lassen kann. 8)


So, wer will von euch da jetzt noch hin? Wir können den Dutch Tigers ja nicht kampflos den 1.Platz schenken.

Howto: install Flaming Cliffs and keep Lockon 1.02

Since Flaming Cliffs is an addon to Lockon 1.02, you can't install it seperately from the original Lockon.
If you install Flaming Cliffs over Lockon, and do nothing else, you won't be able to start the original Lockon anymore, because it has been overwritten with files from Flaming Cliffs.

There is a way to prevent this from happening, and still be able to run 1.02 (and join 1.02 servers online) after installing Flaming Cliffs.

Follow these 5 steps to install both versions.

1. Do a clean install for Lockon 1.02
When asked for the name of the destination directory, change the name to “Lockon 1.1”
2. Make a copy of the Lockon folder which was created in step 1, and name it “Lockon 1.02”
3. Install Flaming Cliffs in your original Lockon (“Lockon 1.1”) folder
4. (IMPORTANT) Create two shortcuts on your desktop, one for each Lockon version, and have them point to the “lockon.bat” file in each directory
This step is important, because the original shortcuts will not work anymore.
5. Start Lockon by clicking on one of the shortcuts to start flying
