It's true: Beta 18. A few small problems were identified by the Developement Team and were addressed in a Beta 17 on Tuesday. We tested it yesterday and found a problem with the new repair function and the drouge chutes. These have been fixed in Beta 18 which was waiting for us early this morning. We are testing right now.

It looks good but we don't know for sure. We have coordinated with Ubi Soft who will need to spend a few days of verification testing. This is scheduled to begin on Monday if Beta 18 is a go. That means that if all goes well we could possibly see this patch released next week. It will all depend upon what happens with our testing of 18 and Ubi's verification testing effort on Monday. I caution you all that anything could happen and while I am optimistic, we've been here before. I am NOT making any promises.

I know that many of you are frustrated and I appreciate your patience, but we want to get this right. Hang in there, please.

NOTE FOR OUR GERMAN FRIENDS: I was told today that the German language version of the 1.02 patch is almost finsished. The plan is to submit the German and French versions to Ubi Soft for verification about one week after the English version is completed. After verification then Ubi Soft will distribute the French and German versions. Hopefully it will be very soon after the release of the English version.

das klingt ja fast so, als wenn wir den patch bei beta20 in den händen halten könnten

Die Seppel sollen einfach 'ne F-16C und nen Tornado einbauen (Block 50 und IDS)...

In der Zeit hätten se warscheinlich die F-18, F-16 und den Tornado noch mit reinmachen können

ich mein F-18 hätt so viel ja nicht mehr gebraucht unddie 16 auch nicht

18 Betas für einen patch ? Ich glaube das wird ein neuer Rekord ^_^

jahr 2060: die entwickler stehen kurz vor vollendung des patches, die community ist begeistert,da sterbenplötzlich alle entwickler an altersschwäche udn ubi stellt die weiterentwicklung ein.
nach 56 jahren warten springen 40% der community vonner brücke,
30% versuchen sich mit der lock-on dvd hülle selbst zu erschlagen und die restlichen 30% ersticken am heulkrampf.

das nenn ich spurlos verschwunden...
