Guards Col. Igor Tkatchenko, emeritous pilot of the Russian Federation, born on the 26th of July 1964, flight display pilot since 1989, graduated from the Tshkalov High Military Pilot School in Borisoglebsk in 1985, graduated from the Gagarin Military Air Force Academy in 2000. Served in Kubinka since 1987. During his career, achieved clearance and master level on the L-39, MiG-21, MiG-29, Su-27, Su-35. Flight hrs on combat aircraft in excess of 2,5 thousand. Also piloted foreign aircraft such as the F-16 and Mirage 2000.
